BEFORE THE INCORPORATION OF THE CLUB
A group of male citizens of Fairview formed their first gathering place in the ground floor cellar of 1951 Merrimac Rd. This facility was used on a rental basis and was ideal because the entrance door is even with the sidewalk level.
For social means, at this location, a bar was built and such game equipment as a card table and dart board were installed.

The second clubhouse was the rental of the entire house at 3010 Tuckahoe Rd. A bar was installed in the cellar. A piano and other socializing equipment were utilized upstairs.
The first uniformed hardball team of the ICAC met at this location.
