The Annual Christmas party at the I.C.A.C. started in the 1930s. During the depression years the club gave gifts to the membership's children. This policy continued into the 1960s. Gifts not picked up were donated to the children's shelter. This annual party is still held each year.

The adults as well as the children look forward to this event. Candy and favors are given instead of gifts. The picture below was taken in the early 1960s. Member Al Kingsmore was Santa. Several children from the Holwell and Thomas families can be recognized.

The Christmas party of 1970 featured entertainment by Kathy and Karen Thomas, daughters of Pat and Dave "Pete" Thomas.

Note: the first Christmas was taken when the interior of the clubhouse had the original 'plaster' walls. This picture shows the wood paneling installed later.
