A design was made for the Fairview Historic Society by William S. Alcavage (1930-2005). The Alcavages lived on 3111 Kearsarge during the 1960s. Earlier in 1959, William S. Alcavage was listed at 1066 E. Ironsides Road (phone: EM-5-7152) in the October 1959 Camden Telephone Directory.

ALCAVAGE, WILLIAM S.
Of Bellmawr and formerly of Fairview/ Camden, peacefully at home on September 27, 2005, age 75 years. Beloved husband of the late Mary E. Alcavage (nee Ballinghoff); devoted father of Steven, Cynthia A., William F., Robert A. and John M.; grandfather of 7; brother of Stanley and Francis Alcavage, and the late Dorothy Love.
A member of the Camden High School Class of '47, Mr. Alcavage served in the US Air Force during the Korean War. He retired in 1990 as a mechanic for Campbell Soup after 30 years of service. A long time Fairview resident, William was proud of his 30-year membership in WJ Chapter of the National Railroad Historical Society and his 60-year membership in the National Model Railroad Association.

Alcavage. Beloved sister of Jerome, Ira, Fred Ballinghoff & Dorothy Jones. Also survived by 7 grandchildren.
